Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo has become the 15th player to be loaned out after reaching an agreement with Besiktas.

The Istanbul giants have agreed with Chelsea after both parties were caught up in negotiation for close to a month.

The Blues will receive an estimated €700,000 loan fee and the buyout clause option will be in the region of €4 million.

Omeruo, who signed for Chelsea in 2012 from the youth team of Standard Liege, is no stranger to being loaned out and is familiar with living in Istanbul after spending last season at Kasimpasa.

He has also featured for Addo Den Hang and Middlesbrough on loan, churning out superb performances and will be expected to replicate similar feet at Besiktas.
